HEY CURT: FLUID DETOX LOOKS LIKE A GREAT BOAT

Post by CAPTAIN ALEVE » Tue Mar 27, 2012 9:25 pm

Curt,

I think you chose a great first kayak. The hull shape reminds me of the Godzilla (an old, out of production boat I have and like a lot): good rocker with a flattish bottom and a moderately sharp edge. 7'-6" is just the size I would like to try. Hope we get to paddle together soon. What color did you get?

Is there anyone 'close that deals in these boats...the only time I've seen any Fluid boats was at Gauleyfest....I'd like to paddle a Prijon pure as well!

I think the closest Fluid dealer is in Alabama.

Are you sure of the name? Just curious, because I just bought a Detox as my 1st creeker. Have had it on the Tot, Richland, and Baker, and might have seen you on one of them.

I met Curt(?) at the last Central Chapter meeting. He works for Heifer Project.

How do you like the Detox, Casey?

Must have been Curt, since I haven't been to a meeting in awhile.
I like it, but still trying to get it dialed in. Its also my 1st creekboat, so still getting used to that too.
