I might be in for a river run late. The clear creek run from chester to mountainburg would be close don't remember the run time. Probably have to start early. Whats on this winslow to west fork section. I have to work but something close and short would be nice.

It's up. We're just under 5" here, and predicted to get another 2.5 tonight.

Winslow to West Fork is close to 15 miles. Brentwood is ~ half way and the usual take-out/put-in. The Winslow to Brentwood is probably above my skill level, steeper with drops and narrow. I've never floated Brentwood to West Fork in flood stage, at normal floating levels it is pretty tame.

Kurt & all,
Would love to catch the the clear creek run from chester to mountainburg if it seems like a good level (haven't gotten a chance to do this run before). I'm off all week so should be able to hit this in the afternoon Wed if you're interested. PM me.

My earliest possible start is later than i was hoping. Estimating 3:30 at chester or winslow. 4 to 4:30 for Lee. Anyone still interested? Need to know early so i can collect boat over lunch.

I'm in assuming the level drops to an optimum level and is not flooded out.

When we were there yesterday, the gauge was reading 9.5'. Water was about 2' over the Ash St. bridge take out.

You folks have fun out there this evening. I'm going to take a pass.
Will definitely be up for paddling something Friday afternoon & this weekend. Appears they'll still be plenty of water by then based on current levels & forecast.
