Re: Cadron noon today
Just a quick question from someone who is not that familiar with the area. Where are you guys putting in at? A group of us from Memphis came over a few weeks back and couldn't really find where to put in so we dropped off the hill on the North East side as the only real looking put in was gated and locked. We stayed under the bridge as much as we could but I am sure someone wanted to know what the heck we were doing as I could gather from some of the looks we got. Just for future reference. Thanks

TrailerMonkey? Love that one! Could really violate the User Agreement with that one!!!
Seriously, the put-in we used is the Pinnacle Springs Bridge on the same name county road. From the take-out , go back north on Hwy. 65. Look for the first right turn-off onto what was the old highway 65. Go about one-half mile to Pinnacle Springs Road on your right. Turn and go to bridge.
Parking is east side of bridge on left. Be sure to leave access to the gate. Pass boats and gear over gate, and drag/carry down. Trail left leads to a tricky boat entry under the bridge. Trail right goes down and turns right along road to a beach area. Right trail is longer but not bad.
Pick up any trash you might see at the put-in parking if you can.

Rodger I appreciate that. That is where we put in but on the North side of the bridge. We were not about to cross that locked gate lol. Thanks
