"Kayaker" Rescue on Arkansas River

This just ran across my feed. "BREAKING: Rescue Crews responding to report of possible kayaker submerged in the AR River."

Based on what little I have I believe the report is from Little Rock.

evening news here made no mention of this report. I can only conclude a non-local saw flood debris in the water from the flooding last spring and concluded it must have been a kayak reported to authoritiess who subsequently verified said debris as such.
