This was definitely the best weekend trip ever.
Met up with Brad Goodwin and Kevin Wilson in Memphis and headed to Alabama to rendezvous with the Shreveport gang. Woke up and ran Little River Canyon at a good level, but no suicide section. Got off the river as it started to get dark and then met up with Jack in Chattanooga.
We were fortunate that Jack has made some good friends in Chattanooga that have access to a rarely-paddled Rock Creek. Everything about that creek was so good! There were some fun rock slides and big boofs, including a 30 foot slide-to-boof. Even the hike-in was awesome because a 100+ ft waterfall was misting you while you hiked your boat into the canyon. I was so glad Micah let me borrow his full face helmet and Harlan let me wear his elbow pads, as I had a upside-down run of a steep notch on my back deck. I came up smiling!

Sounds like you had a great weekend....Fat level on LRC---did you run suicide section? All of "Upper Two"? Any carnage?
What other river(s)

Looking forward to paddlin with you soon....Hayden and I are headed east again Easter weekend....hopefully something III+ to IV+ will be running....will have Ocoee to fall back on if nothin else going.
