What's a playboat/creeker? Isn't that like saying I need to draft an offensive guard/wide receiver? Or I'm looking to buy a Prius off-roader? Serious question - what boats fit this description?

Jackson Hero series will come pretty close.

Saw some video of I think Clay Wright doing forward loops in his hero.
