Little Mill and Mulberry Valley

Post by iYak » Sun Dec 04, 2011 9:15 am

Got a report from Dave Robertson this morning (7:45 am) that Little Mill is not up yet, but the prospects look good.

Dave is going to get another visual on Little Mill, I'll update here when I know (should be around 9:35).

About to head to Little Mill, will go to Spirits if it's not up.

Little Mill is not up. Water is not even muddy yet.

It may come up later...

We wound up on the Shaberg run again on Clear Creek. It was about the same level as last time. Great run.

How was your Buffalo trip? Wet?

Got a new bike trail to show you!

I'll be bringing 12 oz donations, but you will have to drink them in a timely fashion - before I get to them :beer2:

If I donate a 12 pack, does that allow me to call for hourly creek level updates, starting at 5 a.m.?

Ryan Center put together a video of some of his paddling adventures. The first drop on the video is Rocket Slide in Fern Gully. Fern merges into LMC.

Just wanted to show what the fuss was about wanting to get back on Little Mill Creek! (this is a long video but it contains several shots of folks running RS) 0:57 and 2:07.

That video pretty much sums up everything great about paddling creeks in NWA.
