I went by and had a look at this house about a year or so ago, when Susan was living here, and I really think it it is very enchanting! It's in a nice neighborhood, but being the end residence on a cul-de-sac, which I liked very much for it's privacy,it suited me the best! It's located on hilly, wooded terrain to insure it stays that way.
The access to the house, and back to town is very handy. I most liked the architecture and landscaping. The home's construction is really well-done, up-to code, and move-in-ready. Whether you're looking for a place or not, please do drop by for a look.
I think this place has the potential for a great family home or even a nice large 'hermitage' for those single folks of you out there!

I have had a couple of people email me .... that's a good start!
Mike and I had Open House a couple of weeks ago and a guy came in that is moving to Arkansas in the Spring because he likes the Kayaking here! He is moving from up North and said he watches the Canoe Club Message Board ... He will find a lot of friends thru the Canoe Club ... which is also what gave me the idea to advertise here ... he absolutely loves the house ... so, it must be a house for kayakers and nature lovers ...
And, the turtles in the woods come with the house!
