Thanksgiving ELF on Richland

Post by canoe » Thu Nov 24, 2011 4:54 pm

ELF Monfee and ELF Barton, putin at 7:05 with 21 in airspace and ELFed down with plenty of H2O, This correlated to 2.92 at the takeout, level was still 21.5 when we got back to the putin. I'm thinking that the new visual gage at the putin is much more realistic than the older painted gauge, and that the creek seems a bit higher than what the old gauge would have indicated dale

Was wondering if you guys went for it!

I love the new visual gauge because it's easy to read! Tuesday the putin was 0-1" depending on the surge and the takeout was 6'.

Wed it was 16.5" and the takeout was 3.4X'

Here are some pics from Wednesday on Richland. Beautiful sunny day and a nice sunset on the drive home. Big thanks to the Bartons for letting me stay there tuesday night!
