Props to Princeton

I have a Princeton Fuel headlamp that I absolutely love. It's bright, lightweight, and gets a lot of run time from a set of batteries. My only complaint is with the battery door, specifically with the clips that latch it shut, which are plastic and had broken off after a couple years of use. I sent Princeton an email just to let them know (wasn't asking for nor expecting anything, just thought they'd appreciate the input) and within two hours they had secured my address and advised me a new battery door was on the way. Got it in the mail today. Purty good service in these days of not caring about customers. Very refreshing. So, big for the folks at Princeton.
