New Record! Please Sticky this thread!

Post by Cowper » Sat Sep 10, 2011 10:56 am

Nooooooo..... not really!

I believe we have set a new record, 21 stickies plus 4 global announcements, for a total of 25 topics pinned to the top!

(for those who didn't know, this is NOT a criticism of our moderators as I put some of those stickies on those threads myself)

It looks like this will drop by 2/3 or better once we have Rendezvous next week, but I just could not help but comment, because I've never seen this many stickies at one time.

I think it may be a sign of a really good Rendezvous coming up - There's a lot of energy, and many events. Woo-hoo!

yeah, like summa yer's? :poke2:

Luckily I don't have the computer necessary skills to be the maintainer of the electronic communication forum here. But even if I did, I'd not harass the one that does the work for free.......Unless I was looking for the job. ;)

One of these days I'll prolly get surpassed by those that have the computer skills and become obsolete, but 'til then I kind of like having to look at the what's goin' ons, before lookin' at the what's i be interested in.

Records are always kind of neat anyways

I gotta be honest, when I first saw the topic title and that it was by Cowper, I thought it would be bragging about a new record for most Richland runs in one day :poke2: Then I realized that there isn't any water to be ran. Then I read the thread, and I have noticed that there are a lot of stickies up there. Guess it doesn't have to be lonely at the top, huh?
I, for one am stoked for 'Vous!
