Gilbert to Buffalo Point

For a weekend raft trip on that section should one rely more on the Tyler Bend gauge, or the Buffalo Point gauge? Also, what's the lowest level recommended for floating it on a loaded bucket boat?

When at least one of the triangles is green and preferably both.

Also, with a raft, I would recommend taking out at Hwy 14 rather than Buffalo Point.
