Buffalo River Clean Up SUNDAY September 11, 2011

Laura Timby asked me to post the note she sent me to remind folks that the Friends of the Buffalo National River have scheduled the next river clean up for Sunday September 11th, 2011.

I think we need to start doing rain dances, praying for rain, or what ever works. I'm going to try to go if my knee is rehabed enough. -Eric

Hi Everyone. Our next river cleanup on the Buffalo will target Tyler Bend to Gilbert and will be Sunday September 11th. Meet at Tyler Bend Pavillion parking lot at 9am. Bring water, snacks and a lunch and any cleanup tools you think might be handy. Participants will be provided with free shuttle and canoe but you need to let me know if you plan on coming so I can let the concessionaire know how many boats.
