I just got a Kodak water proof video/camera and so far I love it. I got it at Best Buy for $139.

I picked up a very good video camera from Sam's Club for around a $100 if I recall correctly. Kodak. I've "tested" it a few times, too. Keeps on shooting!

+1 On the kodak (for video) I keep it in my pocket.. it stays wet all day.
