Business trip taking me out east for 2 weeks......planning to hang out at the Ocoee on the weekends 8/6, 8/13 and 8/20.....anyone going to be there during any of this time?

I should be out there weekend of Aug 13. There might be a small group of us leaving out Fri, the 12th. Can you paddle yet?

I'll be driving cross country from Seattle to Charlotte, NC next week and will be coming through the Ocoee area and may be able to paddle in the evening of 8/13 or first thing in the morning 8/14. Are ya'll still planning on heading out to the Ocoee this weekend?

I saw my first videos of the ocoee and cheowa or how ever they are spelled. They look fun!

Dave!!! That would be awesome to get to boat with you! There's about 10 of us headed that way this weekend. Hopefully, we can make a couple runs Saturday and then one early run on Sunday. I will send you mine and Scott's number in a pm on FB. Hope to see you this weekend!

Few of us going out Sept 2 for Labor Day weekend and the following week. Anyone interested see my thread Nante Labor day weekend and respond if able to go. We plan to run the Nante, then heading at some point to the Ocoee. We may be getting a cabin to share and divide the costs if interested.
