Count yourselves lucky to have boatball. I moved to Kansas City and I can't really get the momentum going for the game up here. Two summers ago we had 3 people show up a few times and one time six. I basically gave up, so no boatball this summer. Now when I get in my kayak on a river, I pull muscles, strain my back, and generally whine and whimper about how much my legs hurt. I get tired surfing a wave. I have reverted into the old lame-o, pencil-neck wimp-paddler I was before boatball. I hang my head in shame.
Don't let this happen to you. If there's a regular boatball game near you, take advantage of it. Wish I could.

I stand by my statement. Man, I hate to miss it this week! Looks like the A team is showing up. Haven't seen Dave for a while. They're sending me to GREEN FOREST(!!) to work. There has been an independent pharmacy in the Harps store there that was recently acquired by Harps Pharmacies, so we have to cover them now. (This is where expletives would be inserted if I weren't trying to do less of that). Next week for sure.
