Found: rec kayak skirts on Cossatot

Found on 5/25/11 between Esses and Sandbar bridge on Cossatot: two nylon skirts for rec kayaks. Couldn't find any personal identification. Glad to return to owner if you can identify. Send PM or email me eubanks@obu.edu.
