Heading down there in a few minutes to get a visual. We're hoping to get a run in today. Are you up for paddling yet or is recovering from your surgery?

I am a long way from being able to paddle yet, maybe two months.

You were right on with the gage reading about 1.5 feet at 9:41 a.m. when you said the water was on the masonry apron at the pedestrian bridge, our visual gage. The actual gage site is at Hwy. 70 (Grand Ave.). The level rose a couple feet after that. Give us a report on the outing.

By the time all the thunderstorms moved out, we had moved on to doing other things . . . maybe next time :) Appreciate the feedback on guage correlation with visual.

I went by there at 12:30 and was really running. I would like to watch and video someone running it and maybe someday I will give it a try.

Beth,
sorry that you were not able to make the float. I was hoping to hear how epic it was. Maybe next time. Maybe next time Mike and I can join you.
