Can You Camp at Rockport?

As nice as the WW park is for day use, it's not the most camping-friendly place IMHO. I do think you can camp there but I think you have to go by the Malvern police station and get a permit. In addition, I think the restroom facilities are probably on a time lock. Others more current with the situation may have a better idea than I.
