Post by curly » Fri May 13, 2011 1:40 pm

The new issue of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law Law Review contains an article that addresses the Recreational Navigation Doctrine. The Note is authored by Clinton Lancaster and titled Recreational Navigation Doctrine—The Use of the Recreational Navigation Doctrine to Increase Public Access to Waterways and its Effect on Riparian Owners. It is found on page 161 of No. 2 of Volume 33.
