Won't be long until the third annual Memorial Day Boat Race. Mark your calenders now! Race will be on Sunday, with music, baggo, horseshoes, volleyball, etc Friday through Monday.

I hear ya Minna, I didn't "race" either as my 17 foot "barge" is kind of slow in the water. It was a blast and I look forward to seeing you there.

I had forgotten about this race. Normally we go up to Missouri on that weekend for a canoe/kayak race but this year flooding has caused the race to be moved to July. So there may be an additional half dozen folks out there on Sunday.
