Just to clear a few things up. I get asked, each time that some one comes down here to enjoy the water, how long is the dam going to be releasing? Well I have some solid info for you folks. A ranger told me tonight that the lake is twenty seven ft. ABOVE normal. At the most the lake could drop would be a half a ft. per day. The loops at Jefferson Ridge are flooded and the MIGHT be available by July the 4th! Also it is presently running at 650 CFS. Now when I say we will be releasing for a long time I mean it!
Also camping. If you come and you want to camp and all sites are taken and you aren't choosy as to were you have to camp I have permission to let you camp here! I won't turn anyone away, at a reduced rate also.

That is awesome Tom! Thanks so much for letting us dry gear and what not under the pavilion. I will always make sure to check with you when we come in and the reduced rate thing is even better! I would expect that you will see lots of boaters in the next several weekends! We will be there Sunday after Bobby Bohn's memorial at the Cossatot. Thanks again for all you do!

Please keep in mind that reduced rate I mentioned if the park is full. Right now we have three campers in the park. But the campsites that you guys like next to the pavilion are open again.

Gary,
Yes my grandkids were here last summer. Looks like Dakota might be the only one here this summer. I am sure he will be out there in the kayak and also fishing all up and down the stream!
