Iron Forks

Post by Paddlegal » Thu May 05, 2011 10:16 am

I am camping at Iron Forks this weekend. Breaking in a new tent, trying to get some upper body strength back from a long hiatus and generally being a lazy biatch.

If I get lucky, maybe Dan V. will show up and be a guide for me again. Hopefully the water is deeper this time.

Camp dogs will be with me, so paddling trips will be short but I hope they will be frequent.

No  , no :poke: (we don't have a cigarette so I had to use a stick).
I'm turning unto a none. Stopped smoking 5 days ago!! Woot!!

Well.....maybe I will bring some vino and  .....
I've felt the touch of healing hands, neath the willow trees and birch, cause the water's my religion, and the river is my church. Kenny

Oh, there is plenty of water right now  Make sure the campground is open before you go. Some on the lake are closed right now due to storm damage. Is Iron Forks the west one on the north shore? I need to go back to Brady Mt. Saturday.

Several are closed but looks like Iron Forks is not one of them. Brady is closed due to high water.

I does not need a beach to camp. lolz

Hey Connie, thanks for letting me come by and hang out for a while. Remember, decompression. I think you helped me with that Saturday afternoon
