The Caddo jumped up overnight to a nice level today but is falling now. I do think it will keep just enough for an acceptable trip tomorrow. Marlo and I will stop by the Glenwood bridge about 10:30 or so to meet with anyone who would care to come along.

Best Regards
Jim

Sure would love to be there Jim but its a bit too chilly yet for me as I have no cold weather gear I can wear and I needs to start out slow. Hoping to do a bit of the Caddo Valley float and Dam to the Rockport trip to get in shape again. Looking forward to summer time! Gosh I miss you guys!

Liz,

I'll keep an eye out for Tara and party :D And Connie, You've been so much fun, and inspiration on our many past trips. I'll look forward to floating some later this Summer :)

Worthlessly Yours

Seven of us gathered to float yesterday, and what a glorious weather day it was! The level at put-in time was about 6.23ft. which made the run a little bony. I'm still getting used to the change in the river from last year's flood versus what the gauge indicates. I think 6.50ft. is going to be my perfered minimum on this section.
Both of the outfitters had folks camping and out enjoying the river, we even saw some who were catching some smallies yesterday.
Thanks again to my friends for making the day so pleasant! SYOTR

Best Regards
Jim

Susan and I thoroughly enjoyed yesterday on the river. Great day with great friends - the winning combination. Thanks Jim for your willingness to put these trips together.
