And the poteau river below wister dam is the lowwest ever . there working on the dam too, don;t know what they are doing to it but there it is. also a local loco told me they put rocks in down past the first bend to keep the bank from eroding. but there is alot more restriction at this point now dono what that means but I'm passing it on. Cant wait to see it run again.becus it so low you can see the bottom of the river bed below the ledge the pool dried up or was pumped.
