Re: Somewhat Offtopic- Gasland Documentary shown Tuesday, Conway
Gasland is a great example of how a documentary can become over-sensationalized when personal emotions weigh heavily on the filming and editing. The movie is a great tool for creating awareness among those who are unfamiliar with natural gas drilling/exploration and the associated risks/environmental concerns, but in all events it lacks any inkling of a scientific process.

You can watch it free at the link below. Personally, I think it's criminal the way the gas/oil companies treat the local residents. Similar to what is shown in Gasland, I have had first hand experiance of trying to have a common sense conversation with one of the companies operating in Faulkner County about damage they've done to my well water and the only reply I got back was "have your lawyer come talk to our lawyers."
