Prijon Cruzer 320s Needed for Special Olympics Training

Post by FarPastGone » Mon Feb 07, 2011 1:31 pm

Alright, before some of ya'll start joking around, this is a serious inquiry. My friend Bruce Litton from Houston, TX is looking for a Prijon Cruzer 320, or if possible 2, to borrow. Here is his message:
I know this is a long shot as I've never even seen one in Texas, but does anyone have a Prijon Cruiser 320 rec kayak or know someone who might have one? Two of my Special Olympics kayakers are going to the World Games in Greece in late June and that is the boat they will be racing in. I'm trying to find one that someone would be willing to let us borrow for several months (for a plaque from Special Olympics and massive karma points) so the guys can practice in it. I checked with High Trails in Garland (Texas Prijon dealer) but they only have one demo and can't part with it. If anyone knows of one, has one, or has any intimate connections with the distributor (Prijon/Wildwasser in CO - I will be contacting them). please let me know.

Bruce is a stand up dude who donates his time and energy to extending the paddle sports community to people of all backgrounds. If anyone has the ability to help him out then give him a shout. I will be happy to come pick the boat up from you and deliver it to Texas, so it is as little of a burden as possible. Thanks!

Take this over to Boatertalk and MountainBuzz if you haven't already! Might find your patron there.
