Osage, Round 3

Post by A Savage spanke » Fri Jan 07, 2011 4:22 pm

Well I'm school is out until the 18th and I don't have anything to do (will work for cash btw). I would love to get osage completely portage free before school starts. From what I understand its already pretty close, I've talked to John (no quarter) and Tyler (gingerbreadmanswimmer) and they seem to be down. I have nothing going on so whenever is good for me. I've recently acquired a chainsaw and I'd like to put it in use. Here is the awkward part. While I am totally down to go work, I'm flat broke and currently selling as much plasma as biolife will let me (if anyone has any info on the plasma black market p.m. me). So if anyone from Fayetteville is interested in cleaning out Osage I could use a ride.

I'd like to get down there to do some tree removal. Maybe next weekend will be a little warmer - looks like we're heading into the deep freeze this weekend/week. Icy rocks and chainsaws don't play nice together.

next weekend is good for me. Got 2 good saws and access into the gorge. Might as well put the dryness to good use.

If it's not 40+mph winds, I might not even recognize it from last time. :)

I might be helping a friend move from Russellville up to Fayetteville Saturday, but if not would anyone be interested in going from the roll clinic to osage?

Roll clinic to Osage would be perfect as we could carpool as many folks as possible. I'd be down for that after the roll practice on Sat.

Hit some quick food on the way. I've got a chainsaw also.

If nothing comes up with work i would like to help. I just rebuilt a 40 year old homelite saw and man does it eat wood. Sounds like a fun day.

What time is it going down at Osage this weekend? If I can do some schedule clearing and if the stars align properly, I might make it down. Holohead, can we use your access to Mushroom?

Looks like I can make it down for Sunday morning. How about around 9:00 AM ish on Sunday? Will hold services at the Church of Our Lady of the Perpetual Bar-oil Stain. I can pick up an out of work bum in Fayetteville if needed, though I ain't paying any money for services exchanged. I do however expect to get stiffed for gas as per Spanke's usual modus operandi. :)

Fish, has your Old Lady agreed to let you leave the house? Don't you need permission now? :poke:
