Fixing the Wave at Rockport
What and how much $ will it take to fix the wave before next summer? Is there some kind of political process? Can someone just go in there and fix it ? Is it just $ stopping this from happening? I think with just a little bit of work and money we could put a permanent fix on it. People in the know chim in.

Sorry but remember I'm new to Ark. What is wrong with it? I think some smaller rocks (2-3ft high) placed well could divert the water during no release or low flow to river left where the holes are yet not change much when they release??
