For planning purposes only!!!!

Might be time to think about sea kayaks and head to one of the coastal areas. Maine has that coastal trail and Washington State has the San Juan Islands.

So looking at the maps: In most of Arkansas and Misouri we're going to be warmer and wetter than average? Sounds good to me or did I misread?

That's the way I'm reading it.

Not really sure why the graphic shows Arkansas as experiencing wetter than average conditions but states, "warmer and drier than average" in the Southern Plains. (The NWS/NOAA generally associates Arkansas regionally with Southern Plains/Southern Mississippi River Valley/Mid-South). Anyways, it is based off the CPC three-month outlook and that graphic is not to hot for Arkansas. There are a lot variables that influence regional weather patterns, so don't lose faith.
