Looking at myspace to get an image last night per a friend and one of those "you are infected..click here to get rid of it" things pops up. I knew not to click on this... but did not know to turn off my computer. Most people try to x it out and it still gets them. So I let it get a foot hold. Send us 40 bux to get rid of it for you. :shock: I tried closing explorer but it did not do the trick. If this happens... turn off the computer. Click nothing!
Long discussion with the comp doc this morning. He said antivirus stuff misses these a lot and he is seeing more of them. At least he thinks it is out and did no permanent damage... hey... get some cleaning and adjustments while my machine is at the doc anyway.
