Hardtotell from that angle but I don't think so

It does look like Sphincter, except that I would expect to see the undercut rock in the background for that one (hard to tell, given the angle).
I tried to go find some of Lazer's photos, but he's moved his page and many of the old links are broken.
I'll go with Papa bear or a twin brother, until Lazer gets back from the trip East for some more photo comparisons. If he confirms it is Papa, then you can tell them it is at N35.6891 W93.1870 with about a 90% confidence level.

That's not Papa Bear for sure. It must be somewhere else. The Papa Bear right side bank is taller. The entry drop has a boulder in the center top, with sluices on both sides, and the run out sluices are zig-zag continuous.
There's no telling where this is for sure but given the limestoney look of the shelf-rock on the river right side I'd bet somewhere on the south sloped creek-sheds that flow into Buffalo between Boxley and Pruitt.
