Lawson Whitewater Park, CO

I may have missed it, but has anyone posted info on the Lawson Whitewater Park at Lawson,CO? It's on I-70 between Georgetown and Idaho Springs, more precisely Downieville-Lawson-Dumont. I was by there today, and it looks great.

I've been there twice, but that was two years before they turned it into an actual playpark. Lawson used to be just a few features, one of which was an awesome hole, that were rarely crowded. Unfortunately building new features resulted in changes to the really good hole, with just some okay results.

I haven't seen the resulting playpark, I have read on Mountain Buzz a lot of people think the new park sucks, and there isn't very much information online about the old or new parks. Whitewater of the Southern Rockies has a small blip about Lawson Hole, but once again that was before modifications.
