Umm, let's see. I think I remember an early 90's shuttle trip up in the Arkansas Ozarks where we missed a turn and ended at this place. Stuff was gnarly! JK

Uh, Fish, you getting "cabin" fever?

Fish,

We have great whitewater here in Christian and Taney counties. I don't recognize that spot but it looks typical to eastern taney. I would love to show out of towners our local runs just call when it rains. (417) 350-414six

By the way thanks for the powerful google earth tools, I use it all of the time synched with the springfield radar.

The picture is from long creek, it is on my short list.

When it rained last week I ran Turkey creek and Roark creek with a great bunch of guys, I was smiling for days.

We also have great playboating that holds water for a lot longer than the small creeks.

I found that site last year and chased down her Louisiana falls. I found some bigger falls right downstream too. I still haven't caught them with enough water to run though. :(

Jeez, Roman, what are you doing exploring creeks so far from home? That's quite a drive up for you to catch that one!

Haha...she has falls from all 50 states on that site...I found the one in Louisiana near another place I paddle...a mere 100 miles away. Lol

p.s. I am that desperate though. I managed to find falls in every state I went to on a recent vacation. I need a bumper sticker that's says "I brake for waterfalls!".
