Thinking of Buffalo Boxley to Ponca to Steel Creek - leaving Batesville early Friday AM. Thursday pm there was no air space at the low water bridge at Ponca. Not sure what it will do overnight.
Open to other suggestions - any one paddling elsewhere?

Ok, I've got my Ozark Whitewater book out and I'm looking at this. Is this the stretch from Richland Campground to Stack Rock? If you are going to do it Friday I'd like to do it with you. I've got a Habitat 74 creeker and a Liquid Logic xp9 - which boat would you use? Think I'll bring both. I'm David Posey from Batesville - I think I did the Big Piney with a group you were in a while back - I think you were in a raft with a blond.
Call me at 870-698-0119 and we can arrange a meet to set up the shuttle.

OK, in case any lurkers are thinking of joining, here's the latest:
Richland has dropped faster than I was hoping for; we're headed to Snow Creek instead.
Meeting in Conway at 10 to 10:30; that puts us at Atkins by 11 or maybe a hair sooner.
Anthony is joining in; but he has a friend who gets off at 2, so he will be making multiple laps and there is opportunity for others to join this afternoon for some of that action.

What can you tell me about Snow Creek? I cannot find any information on it.

Turner has Mulberry at 5.4. I'm headed down for a 1030 putin (or so).
Call me at 479-4four5 nine2eight7 if you're in the area.

Fun little 2 mile run that runs right along the road.
