Epic wave

One man's flash flood is another man's (or woman's) playpark. We didn't let the 12 inches of rain dumped by Hermine go to waste down here. Matt, Phil, Mike and I caught the Paluxy at 3200 cfs yesterday. It is one of the best surfing rivers you'll find anywhere (yes, it's in Texas).
There are a lot of great features to play like Tree House, Rodeo Hole and the Football Fields. There were even a few new waves on the upper section at this level. I just posted up a video of one of Matt's rides to give you a sense of the quality of Rodeo Hole yesterday. It was more of a wave at this level and was very similar to Wister Wave. Big and Fun!
Oh yeah, and a little love to the C1ers.
