I'm needing a roommate (fayetteville)

One of my roommates is moving out this month and I need someone to move in so I don't get behind on bills. I am asking $300 for the room, but for anyone here I'll rent it out for $250. It is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath duplex in the north part of Fayetteville. It has a 2 car garage where I store my kayaks and other stuff, and you will be able to store your stuff in it too.
