Because there's no chance in the world I can make it. 21 feet and rising as of 8:44 AM. This could make for an epic day.

Somebody, anybody, get me some footage of crooked at 21 feet. i bet that sucker is crankin.

According to news, that area is closed. Heard from another source the water was over the Hwy 84 bridge at one point. News says four confirmed deaths (there may be more) and that Albert Pike is closed. I doubt anyone is paddling Crooked today. Not sure I am going to Little Mo if they are still recovering bodies this afternoon :(

Man, I was really hoping no one was missing or any fatalities. So tragic. I know it's not what we want to be doing, but I wonder if these rescue agencies could use our help if anyone is still missing. We might have the ability to search in ways that maybe they can't. I wonder if these are definitely confirmed, or if anyone is missing?

So sad. :(

but you'll never catch me complaining about too much of that southern rain.

Heather - Sabrina said a few boaters are headed that way because once the river drops they won't be able to use the jet boat anymore.
