Spring River Sat 6/12 Sunday 6/13
My wife and I are going to drive up Saturday and possibly float some that afternoon. Then we will camp Sat night and Float from dam to Many Islands Sunday. Looking for folks to help shuttle, float, and have fun with.
We live in Conway, but I have to work in Batesville til about noon on Sat. We are leaving straight from Batesville to Spring river, so I should be there around 1pm on Saturday.

Hey, Joe,
My car is in the shop, but if I get it back in time, I'd love to meet y'all there. If I come, should I bring an extra kayak? Is Charlie going?

Jan as of right now Charlie is not coming, but I have a friend coming and may need an extra boat for him. I hope your car gets fixed in time. Hope you get to come too Minna. We always look forward to meeting new people

Spring River was a lot of fun. Party folks went to bed early Sat and left early Sunday morning, so we had a great peaceful float with no hassles. My wife and I got a lot of great pictures and had a blast. Jan, wish you could have come. I know you would have really enjoyed it. Perfect day!

How far down did you float? I am still without a car. But am planning to get to Spring River next Wednesday so I can play before Rec school.
I'm glad y'all had a good time. Maybe we can get together soon.

We started at the dam and pulled out at Many Islands. We may go again Sunday the 27th.

Re: Spring River Sat 6/12 Sunday 6/13
My sister and I have been planning a trip on the Spring River for Sat and Sunday the 26th and 27th. Thinking about camping at Spring River Oaks which is halfway. So Sat could go from the dam to the campground, then sunday from the campground to Hardy. We'd be driving up from Memphis on Sat AM. So maybe Sat would be a shorter float. Someone told me about a fish hatchery access point that takes about 3-4 hours to float to Spring River Oaks. We'd love to shuttle with you guys! What do you think? PM me if you want more info. Thanks!
