That is horrible and something that could have been prevented with parental responsibility. I am a parent, and I know that things can happen quickly but there is very little water at the Ponca bridge. I was there Saturday and that should not happen. That is a horrible thing and I will pray for their family.

Very sad, it is hard for me to imagine how it could of happened??? Prayers to all involved.
