Hi all,
Thinking of a Spring River Monday. Would leave the usual Conway Exxon stop around 0800 sharp, arriving at the takeout Spring River Oaks about 10:30. Shuttle up to the Dam#3 or Riverside Resort ( a couple of miles below) put in around 11:00. Hollar back if interested. A group from LRock could set their own schedule to join up on the Hwy arrive as well. Level is at 5.5ft, carnage is enevitable

!
cya,

What time do you think we would be off the river. Thinking about it, only thing have to go back to work Tuesday and such a long drive home, would be home late. Will let you know later tonight for sure.

First, the trip is ON.
Time back depends on a few unknowns right now, but I'd like to be off by 4:30 myself.

Great day on the Spring River. The campgrounds were almost empty, hardly anyone but us and few people on the river. Water level was great at 5.5 feet. Got a big rain/ thunderstorm while on the river. Noted the level right now went up to 5.75. Wondered if it would with all that rain, we sat at the edge of the bank under trees and near rocks for about 45 minutes then it quit raining and the sun came out some. Rapids were really good and fun esp. at Sadlers Falls.

Hey Pawpaw, you're slipping! Your "landscape" shots are getting dated; need some new material. And you know better than to show up two days after the party is over - I heard the river was almost deserted on Monday!
