Weekend floats

Post by poserwannabe » Fri Apr 30, 2010 10:36 pm

Hello everyone, I think canoe school is this weekend?? And I hate to miss out on all the awesome festivities you have planned but I haven't paddled a river in eight months and after this weekend it will most likely be another 8 months. So im just wondering if anybody out there is also available to boat if sethimg comes up? I'm pretty desperate so anything from fishers ford to Richland, the tot, or lee would be awesome. Anyway if you need someone to run shuttle with or just wondering if someone else will be at the putin, I can meet you there! Thanks

It's 6:30 and i'll be headed for the tot in about 30 minutes, it's going to take me about 4 hrs to get there. I have my iPhone so I should be able to check gauges while there. Hopefully I'll see you soon! Oh and sorry Loren, I'm not sure who Spanke is, but I am not him.

Looks like y'all had some great water today. I checked the gauge this morning and it was sitting at 3.4...by two o'clock it's at 5'4?
Was wondering if anyone had any plans to make a run on the upper upper. Got some friends that aren't quite ready for the trip down to ed banks and to the falls.
Live in the active voice--passive is just too wordy.
