Central Chapter is currently in the process of bringing the chapter By-Laws into the modern era and to that end a draft of the proposed re-write has been posted on the Central Chapter section of the main website.
The proposed changes are still open to debate and the current plan is to vote them into effect at the June Central Chapter meeting.
Also Central Chapter is looking for a volunteer to coordinate with the State highway department for our semi-annual adopt-a-highway clean up along highway 65 near the Cadron Creek boat ramp. Mike Coogan has done this for many years and is ready to hand it off to a someone with fewer other projects. The main task for this position is to be a POC with the highway department and to pick up the vests and trashbags from their station near Greenbrier.
