Hot springs boaters heading to canoe school?

I would like to buy a thule rack off an individual in Hot Springs Village, but I don't believe that they want to ship the rack. So I am looking for someone to pick it up and bring it to canoe school. I would pay $20 to anyone who could do it for me.
