(Other) Volunteers needed during WW School

Post by Lupe » Fri Apr 16, 2010 5:49 pm

Hi all,

We have a chance to get 35th Anniversary t-shirts made for WW School, but we need a few folks who would be willing to sell them at the Gazebo on Friday afternoon/evening and perhaps again for a bit on Saturday night.

Instructors can have their hands full during the weekend, but if there's anyone else who wouldn't mind helping out, please let me know asap. We need to make a decision on getting the shirts printed asap and probably won't do it if we can't get a couple volunteers to help.

Please email me ASAP if you would be willing to help out. Great way to meet lots of folks!

Thanks,
Heather (aka Lupe)

I've had a great response from folks willing to help out with this! So I'm happy to announce that we'll have some cool t-shirts for sale at WW School, designed by ACC's very own Ryan Hughes.

Look for the shirts at the gazebo during Friday afternoon/evening check-in, and then on Saturday if you haven't gotten your shirt yet, our great friends at OOO will have the shirts at their OOO "store" (tent/booth). Thanks Jeremy and OOO for helping us out!

And thank you for all the great folks who emailed me to offer to help!
