Heard of a Blue Kayak on 430, anyone missing one?

A co-worker told me at work that he saw a blue kayak on I 430 yesterday, Monday, near Stagecoach Rd between there and I 30 northbound lane in Little Rock. Appeared to have fallen off a vehicle.
