Thanks Bob, I thought the link that was posted was for a non-Google Earth page, something from NOAA or USGS?

I have the creek kmz installed on my computer, but wanted that link from the other day for my phone.

Sorry I didn't get to it sooner I was offline a couple of days. Tomorrow morning will be a good chance to test this new resource. Fish had my back though as usual. Thanks

If one needed to find this on the fly, it has been added to the main ACC Site. Go to "river info" then "weather links."

The google earth watershed data is more precise, but you have to have Google Earth. My iPhone won't handle that. However, this site works on my iPhone, and is by far the best rain data I can access that way, out in the field.

The only problem is that it's really hard to navigate it on a phone. My wish list would include a way to bookmark links for specific coordinates, so I could pull them up quickly. The only feasible way I found to get a specific area was to use the search feature to look for "Ben Hur, AR" or "Fallsville, AR" etc. and then zoom. That's pretty clunky - would nice if there was a good way to "page" around on the phone and also to bookmark.

Very nice data site though. If you haven't turned on the "terrain" map, counties, and watersheds, do that - it lets you pretty easily figure out which watershed the rain fell in (if you know your way around a bit).
