Thursday 2/18 Central paddling?

Post by Lupe » Wed Feb 17, 2010 10:03 am

Forecast for Thursday: mid 50's and mostly sunny.
Forecast after Thursday: overcast and dreary (okay, that's not the NOAA forecast term, but that's my interpretation of it!).

Hmmm....can anyone else get away for a Thursday paddle??? I would love a sunshine fix! 8)

I'd be game for a fun play run down the Cadron (holding nicely just over 3 ft - fun level), but could also be persuaded to do some flatwater exploring in the canoe as well.

Any slackers out there interested? Rare mid-week opportunity for me...I want to see if I can take advantage of the favorable forecast!!!
I've heard that into every life a little of it must fall,
but you'll never catch me complaining about too much of that southern rain.

There are a couple of us talking about floating the Mulberry on Thursday if you're up for a little drive...
Aw! It's just rocks and water! What could go wrong?

I don't think I'm up for the drive tomorrow, but appreciate the invite!

I'm thinkin' more a noon-ish Cadron run over in this neck of the woods. I think I've got one taker..any others?
