Sarah H. and I would like to hit the Cadron tomorrow. I got a road report from Cowper that the roads should be fine to get up there.

Any interest?

We need to start semi-early...maybe 10 or 10:30 (hey - that's early for me).

Post, PM or email. We probably won't go unless we can get at least one other who plans to go...

Should be BEAUTIFUL up there!!! :D

Andy Hoyt is in, so we've got 3! Under the bridge at 10:30am if anyone else wants to come. Post so we know to look for ya!

still in the teens, but little wind and the sun makes it feel good. Beautiful day. Mom has cabin fever so I will be administering first aid for that. Should be great!

Pics from our snowy Cadron run can be found here:

(actually, I uploaded photos from 2 earlier icicle tours there, too)

Freezing fog last night had coated the tree branches which was just beautiful to see with the light hitting it. Don't think it got out of the 30's all day, but with the sun out, it really felt great (or maybe that's because I wore a really heavy polar fleece under the drysuit). Anyway, it was gorgeous out there.

For future reference, 2 wheel drive, particularly 2 wheel drive pickups, may have trouble making it back up and out across the cow pasture when it's covered by snow and ice.

But we all made it out and home safely....er, at least I think we all did. Stewart, Marcell? Did someone finally come rescue you? :poke: :hammer:

Very nice pictures and a good turnout. I did not spot this until 10am Sunday and by that time it was too late to go. Seeing the pictures was the next best thing.
