luxury kayaking trip lake ouachita

Hello to all,
Here is the plan. Get 10 people together on a 54 ft houseboat on lake ouachita for a weekend of photography and kayaking along with fishing.
I have rented on before and they are nice

Four to six private bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa
1 1/2 to 2 baths
Central heat & air conditioned on all boats
Fully equipped kitchen, including full size range, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, dishes, toaster, and coffee maker
TV/DVD and stereo with CD
Satellite TV available
Front deck including patio furniture and Holland gas grill
Rear deck with swimming platform and ladder
Deck chairs
Loungers available on all boats
Waterslide, hot tub, and party canopies available on all houseboats
Ample fresh water supply, hot and cold water
Large fuel and waste tanks

Leave friday at 3pm and return mon 9am
Price per person if 10 goes with fuel and taxes is around $150.00
This is a good chance to paddle ouachita without alot of boat traffic
weather is a factor in determining when. rate is good till april.

At this point there is only one date that I couldn't go. That would be the last weekend in Feb., other than that I am free.

January and February are peak times to see the eagles. Weather should be a whole lot better in march. 1st or second week.I am waiting for a reply on when the eagles leave.
The marina won't let the boats out if the weather is freezing.
We still need at minimum 6 more people.
I was on the water saturdary feb 13 and counted twenty bald eagles.
